A class, capstone, thesis, or dissertation project at student scale.

  • Community / Nonprofit

A community organization or nonprofit running its own project.

  • Community Voice Campaign

Community listening, advocacy, or impact storytelling on a shorter timeline.

  • Research / University / Institutional

University, public health, healthcare, government, or evaluation work.

  • Enterprise

Expert services, separately

These are add-ons arranged with our team. They are not part of platform access.

  1. Design and setup consultation

You facilitate; we provide the structure.

For trained facilitators and organizations that already run participatory work and want a purpose-built Photovoice environment plus professional guidance materials.

    • Tools access for planning, prompts, ethics and consent, SHOWED reflection, dialogue, and analysis practice
    • A project workspace that holds participant groups, consent records, submission review, and a project gallery you approve
    • Learn material stays publicly available to everyone, at no cost
  2. Facilitation and training

Guided professional support alongside your team.

For teams running their first project, or a project with higher stakes: youth participants, evaluation requirements, or a public exhibit.

    • Project design sessions: guiding question, prompts, rounds, and participant pathway
    • Consent, assent, and moderation planning appropriate to your participants
    • Facilitator coaching during the project, and support preparing findings for stakeholders
  3. Analysis, reporting, and dissemination

Turnkey facilitation led by our team.

For organizations that want the project run for them, with their staff involved as partners rather than as facilitators.

    • Experienced Photovoice facilitators lead sessions and dialogue
    • Participant recruitment support, session materials, and exhibit or briefing planning
    • Findings prepared with participants, with participant interpretation preserved throughout

Tell us about your project.

Share your guiding question or the question you are still forming, who your participants are, and your timeline. We will tell you honestly what Photovoice360 supports today and what is still in development. Ethics-board or IRB review, where a project requires it, remains the responsibility of your institution.
